What Felarity is not for.

Felarity is a tool for organizational truth-finding. It is not a wiretap, a stalkerware app, or a way to reach outcomes the law forbids. This page is about how we draw that line.

You may not use Felarity to

• Record conversations unlawfully. Many jurisdictions require two-party (or all-party) consent. You are responsible for obtaining it.
• Stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten a person.
• Surveil employees in ways that violate labor law or the implied covenant of good faith.
• Build profiles of children or process material from individuals under 16 without lawful basis.
• Process protected health information (PHI) without a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us in place.
• Process U.S. federal classified material, ITAR-controlled material, or material subject to export controls we are not enrolled to handle.
• Attempt to identify a speaker through the diarization system in ways that violate biometric privacy law.
• Submit content that infringes copyright, defames a person, or constitutes illegal content under applicable law.

You may not abuse the system to

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our models or training data.
• Bypass rate limits, usage quotas, or paywalls.
• Test security or perform pen-testing without prior written permission. (For coordinated security research, see Responsible Disclosure.)
• Generate content used to deceive — synthetic voices of real people without consent, fabricated transcripts presented as authentic, etc.
• Run any service on top of Felarity that competes with Felarity.

What happens if you do

Depending on severity, we may: (a) ask you to stop, (b) suspend specific features for your workspace, (c) suspend your account, or (d) terminate it and report to authorities. We will give you notice and a chance to cure unless the violation is severe or recurring or unless required by law to act first.

Reporting violations

Email abuse@felarity.com. If you are a person whose voice or likeness was processed by Felarity without your consent, we will work to remove it and we will not punish reporters for raising the concern.

Updates will be posted here. Material changes are announced 14 days in advance.
