For litigators

The deposition console.

One pane. Live transcript on the left as the witness talks. Prior testimony cross-referenced automatically — every prior statement on the same numeric, date, or quantity claim, scored by relevance. Contradiction alerts on the right, with a one-tap objection draft. Built so a single second-chair attorney can keep a witness honest, in real time.

What this is: a UI mock-up with a hand-scripted deposition scene. The retrieval, NLI, attestation, and signing primitives that power it are live in the Felarity backend today — what's not live is this console UI bound to a real deposition stream. We're building it next. If you're a litigator who would use this, write us at hello@felarity.com and we'll build it with you, not for you.

Prior-testimony retrieval

Every claim the witness makes is queried against their full prior testimony — depositions, declarations, prior trials. Hits ranked by semantic relevance, not date.

Contradiction alerts

The same NLI model that powers the standard product. Cross-session and cross-source. Alerts include the prior source, the delta, and the regulatory or admissibility implication where relevant.

One-tap objection drafts

Each alert ships with a draft objection (foundation, asked-and-answered, prior inconsistent statement, FRE 613). The model proposes; you say it out loud.

Chain of custody

The entire deposition becomes a single signed Merkle attestation — the same chain the marketing page demos. Court-ready record of method and ordering.
