How to reach us.
A real human reads every one of these. We route by address, not by chatbot. Please use the channel that matches your question so it gets to the right desk on the first hop.
Channels
Each address below is monitored by a named owner inside Felarity. Response times reflect business days, US Eastern hours, unless your plan includes a faster SLA. If you are a current customer with a workspace-shared Slack channel, that channel beats email for active engagements.
Sales

Support
support@felarity.comQuestions while using the product — billing, configuration, transcription quality, post-session pipeline behavior, exporting attestation receipts. Paid plans also get a Slack-shared channel with named engineers; Enterprise plans add a phone bridge for sev-1 issues.
Security

Legal & procurement
legal@felarity.comMSA, DPA, BAA, SIG/CAIQ, redlines, jurisdiction and venue questions, subprocessor inquiries, vendor-onboarding questionnaires. We keep current copies of all standard agreements on the Trust page; this address is for negotiation and execution.
Privacy
privacy@felarity.comYour privacy rights — access, export, delete, correct. We handle GDPR Article 15-22 requests, CCPA/CPRA requests, and equivalent rights under other jurisdictions. We will acknowledge within 72 hours and complete within the statutory window for your region.
Abuse
abuse@felarity.comReport content or behavior that violates our Acceptable Use Policy — harassment, illegal recording, unauthorized data collection, attempts to weaponize the platform against third parties. Reports are reviewed by a human within one business day.
Press
press@felarity.comInterview requests, briefings, embargoed product news, analyst calls. We respond to qualified press inquiries within two business days. For background on the forensic intelligence pipeline and the attestation chain, see our Docs first — it will sharpen the conversation.
Partnerships
hello@felarity.comIntegration partners, channel resellers, white-label inquiries, and academic collaborations route through the sales address with "Partnership:" in the subject line. We currently work with a small number of strategic partners and review proposals on a rolling quarterly cadence.
We are not a 24/7 inbound channel. For incident-response situations affecting your production use of Felarity, follow the runbook in your workspace settings — it contains the escalation path, the on-call rotation address, and the status-page subscription link. Paid customers on Professional and Enterprise tiers have dedicated emergency contact procedures defined in their MSA.
Mailing address
For postal correspondence — service of process, signed agreements, compliance documentation, or anything else that needs an envelope:
c/o Registered Agent
Delaware, USA
Postal address available on request for compliance documentation.
Email legal@felarity.com with the nature of the request.
What to include
Whichever channel you use, three details help us help you faster:
- Workspace identifier if you are a customer — visible at the top of your account settings.
- Session ID or report ID if your question is about a specific meeting or post-session pipeline run.
- Urgency and context — "blocked from shipping Friday" gets different handling than "exploring for Q3 procurement".
We default to writing back, not auto-replying. If you do not hear from us within the window above, please resend — it almost always means the original landed in a spam quarantine on our side or yours.
Ready to see it in action?
The fastest way to understand what Felarity actually does is to watch a live meeting get analyzed in real time, then walk through the post-session report and the attestation chain that signs it.
