Report content or behavior that violates our Acceptable Use Policy — harassment, illegal recording, unauthorized data collection, attempts to weaponize the platform against third parties. Reports are reviewed by a human within one business day.

Integration partners, channel resellers, white-label inquiries, and academic collaborations route through the sales address with "Partnership:" in the subject line. We currently work with a small number of strategic partners and review proposals on a rolling quarterly cadence.

We are not a 24/7 inbound channel. For incident-response situations affecting your production use of Felarity, follow the runbook in your workspace settings — it contains the escalation path, the on-call rotation address, and the status-page subscription link. Paid customers on Professional and Enterprise tiers have dedicated emergency contact procedures defined in their MSA.
