Usage add-ons
Most teams stay inside their plan. If you need more for a busy month, you can top up without moving tiers. Packs are consumed before your plan allotment and never silently bill you for overage.
Frequently asked
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Fourteen days on Starter, no card required. You get the full forensic pipeline, the attestation chain, and the public verifier during the trial, not a stripped-down preview. If you do not continue, your data is hard-deleted at the end of the trial unless you export it first.
Can I export my data?
Yes, anytime, from Settings → Data → Export. The export is a zip of Markdown and JSON transcripts, the source audio if you elected to retain it, the signed attestation chain for every session, and a copy of the public key used to sign each report. The export itself is signed with Ed25519 so a downstream auditor can verify it was produced by us and has not been altered. The verifier is open and can run offline.
What happens to my recordings?
Encrypted at rest with AES-256. Default retention is thirty days. Configurable per workspace down to "process and delete" — the audio is destroyed as soon as the post-session pipeline finishes and only the signed transcript, intelligence cards, and attestation chain are kept. Deletions are hard-deletions, with a workspace audit row recording the operator, the timestamp, and the affected session id.
Do you train models on my data?
No. Shared models are not trained on customer content. The only path by which your meetings could influence a model is workspace-specific fine-tuning, which is an explicit opt-in, off by default, and the resulting weights stay scoped to the workspace that produced them. Other customers cannot see or benefit from your fine-tuning.
HIPAA and GDPR?
HIPAA: BAA available on request for Professional and Enterprise tiers. GDPR: we act as the data processor; a DPA with EU Standard Contractual Clauses is available on request. EU and UK data residency are available on Enterprise.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Switch between monthly and annual billing in Settings → Billing. Annual is the discounted rate shown on each card. You can move from monthly to annual mid-cycle and we prorate the difference toward the annual term.
What if I exceed my plan?
You will be notified at eighty percent and again at one hundred percent of your plan limits. We never silently overage-bill. You can choose to buy a usage pack, upgrade tier, or pause new sessions until the next billing period. The default behavior on hitting the cap is to queue, not to charge.
Refunds?
Fourteen-day prorated refund on your first subscription if it does not meet your needs. After that, refunds are handled case by case — write to hello@felarity.com and we will work it out.
Where is the service hosted?
US-East by default. EU data residency is available on Enterprise. Subprocessors and regions are listed in full at /trust/subprocessors/.
