Common workflows
Three patterns account for most of the production traffic on the platform today. Each is supported by the same forensic pipeline, what changes is the council of specialists, the retention policy, and where the signed report ends up.
Litigation prep
Counsel uploads or records deposition transcripts and witness interviews into a matter-scoped workspace. The council surfaces contradictions across sessions, not just within a single transcript, but across the witness's entire prior testimony in the matter. The credibility arc shows when a witness's certainty diverges from what they said earlier. Signed reports export as PDF with the full attestation chain, suitable for joining the matter file or producing in discovery.
Workspaces are matter-scoped, audit-logged, and retained on the schedule the firm sets. Every report includes the 8-node SHA-256 Merkle chain and an Ed25519 signature that any opposing expert can verify against our public key, without needing access to our systems.
Clinical conversation review
Healthcare customers use PHI-eligible workspaces (BAA available on Professional and Enterprise tiers) to diarize multi-clinician case conferences, tumor boards, and morbidity-and-mortality reviews. Speaker diarization runs through pyannote-3.1 and is attributed back to each clinician's voice profile across sessions. The contradiction detector routes disagreements about plan-of-care, dosing, or imaging interpretation to a QA queue rather than letting them dissolve into the end-of-meeting consensus.
Customers in this segment typically keep raw audio for the minimum retention their HIPAA policy requires and rely on the signed structured report as the durable artifact.
Compliance investigations
Internal investigations and regulatory-response teams re-analyze recorded calls, sales calls, trader voice tapes, customer-service escalations, under counsel direction. The acoustic credibility module surfaces stress markers and pause patterns; the confrontation classifier categorizes response types when a subject is challenged with a contradiction; the topology graph identifies coordinated narrative drift across multiple speakers and sessions.
Chain-of-custody-signed reports are produced for submission to regulators, internal audit committees, and external counsel. The public verify endpoint lets a regulator independently confirm the report has not been altered since signing.

If you're a current customer and you'd like to be named, with quotes, named team members, and outcome numbers, we'd love that. Reach out at press@felarity.com and we'll work through review, sign-off, and approval together. We never publish a customer's name, logo, or outcome without an explicit written release. That's a promise we make in writing in the order form and we don't break it for marketing.
Try us under outcomes
We run structured 30-day pilots with a defined scope, a named success metric (contradictions surfaced, hours saved, reports produced, whatever maps to your goal), and an outcomes-based exit. If the pilot doesn't surface measurable value against the metric your team agreed to up front, there is no commitment to continue. We don't auto-convert pilots into paid contracts.
Pilots include a dedicated workspace, white-glove onboarding from an engineer (not a CSM), and integration help for whatever your existing matter management, EHR, or case management system happens to be. PHI-eligible workspaces under BAA are available for healthcare pilots on request.
