Public-trust work, traceable.

Investigations, policy meetings, and OIG-style reviews need a record citizens can verify. Felarity provides it.

Government work runs on documentation. A deposition becomes a court filing. An interview becomes a finding. A policy meeting becomes a regulation that affects millions of people. Every one of those artifacts can be challenged, FOIA'd, subpoenaed, or appealed — sometimes years after the fact. The record has to hold up.

Felarity is built for that kind of weight. Every session produces a tamper-evident transcript, an attribution map of who said what, a contradiction ledger, and an 8-node SHA-256 Merkle attestation chain signed with Ed25519. The signature is verifiable from a public endpoint with no Felarity account required. A reviewer outside your agency can confirm the record is intact.

What agencies use Felarity for

The Government council

When you analyze a session in the Government industry, the council activates four analyst roles trained for public-sector work:

Policy Counsel

Reads the session for statutory authority, jurisdictional limits, and the legal posture of statements made. Flags representations that overcommit the agency or exceed delegated authority.

Inspector General

Audit posture. Looks for inconsistencies between testimony and documentary record, gaps in chronology, and the kind of soft language that masks unkept commitments. Surfaces what an OIG reviewer would surface.

Public Records Officer

Transparency angle. Identifies content that would need to be produced under FOIA or state Sunshine law, content that may be exempt, and the boundary between deliberative process and final agency action.

Ethics Officer

Conflict-of-interest angle. Flags relationship disclosures, recusal triggers, and statements where a participant has a financial or personal interest the record should reflect.

Procurement posture

We currently sell direct under negotiated terms. State and local agencies typically procure under a standard Master Services Agreement with a Business Associate Addendum or Data Processing Addendum as the agency requires. Federal procurement vehicles — GSA Schedule and FedRAMP authorization — are on our 2027 roadmap and not yet in place. If your agency requires either to contract, we will tell you so honestly at the demo rather than discover it at the procurement officer's desk.

Where we are not

We are not authorized for classified work. We are not on FedRAMP. ITAR-restricted material is not permitted on the platform — see our Acceptable Use Policy. For unclassified state and local work, and for federal sub-classified work where the agency can contract direct, Felarity is appropriate. For anything inside an authorized boundary or above the unclassified line, we are not the right vendor today, and we will say so before you sign.

Workflow example

State AG · Multi-witness investigation

Day 1. An investigator records a witness interview through the Felarity app on a secure laptop. The session runs ninety minutes. Live transcription, diarization, and contradiction detection run during the interview; the lead investigator sees a credibility arc and a contradiction ledger forming in real time.

Day 1, immediately after. Stop & Save triggers the 11-stage post-session pipeline: full-session diarization, acoustic credibility markers, confrontation-response classification, speaker-attributed contradictions, NLI re-scoring, topology analysis, deep council review, and the 8-node Merkle attestation. A signed report drops into the workspace.

Day 14. A second witness is interviewed. Their statements are automatically cross-referenced against the prior session. Three contradictions surface — one of them about a date that turns out to be load-bearing for the case.

Day 90. Opposing counsel files a motion challenging the integrity of the recorded interviews. The AG's office produces the signed export, the verification URL, and the public key fingerprint. The integrity question is resolved in one hearing instead of three.

Get started

Most government engagements begin with a scoped pilot — one investigation, one audit, or one policy working group — under a short-form agreement so legal can review without committing the agency to a multi-year posture. We will walk your office through the attestation chain, the export format, and the verification endpoint before you record a single session.
